Francesco Mancini since his teenage years has always been intrigued by the world of beer so after several years of experience, experimentation and travels in search of inspiration, together with his friend Carlo, Birrificio del Forte was founded on August 25, 2011, date one of the reference realities regarding the production of craft beers in Tuscany.
