Maremma Vegetale è stata fondata nel 2014 con il desiderio di riscoprire i sapori e le tradizioni culinarie del nostro territorio e con la ferma convinzione che tutti i suoi prodotti debbano essere il risultato della filiera più corta possibile, composta da materie prime coltivate quasi esclusivamente dalla stessa azienda, e che la lavorazione e lo stoccaggio debbano avvenire nel minor tempo possibile, ovvero entro 8 ore dalla raccolta.

Dopo alcuni anni, le marmellate dei fratelli Chiaverini non erano più richieste solo nei negozi di alimentari: furono introdotti barattoli da 5 kg per soddisfare le esigenze delle pasticcerie. Il successo aumentò la produzione; i grandi pentoloni creati per cuocere frutta e zucchero furono presto sostituiti da caldaie progettate dagli stessi fondatori, per raddoppiare la produzione.
L'attenzione alle tendenze e alle orientazioni del mercato ha portato Fratelli Chiaverini a iniziare a produrre marmellate e confetture con frutta coltivata biologicamente.

Baggiolo produces juices, compotes and fruit-based sauces at an altitude of 1400 metres. Living above 1000m altitude means a change of perspective. Respect for nature, passion for the land, the quest for a healthy life and natural food are feelings that are stronger, more tenacious in the mountains. In Abetone, the woods and snow-capped peaks tell of great ski champions, but in the high-altitude heaths, the undisputed protagonist of the stories is the wild bilberry, which has always been harvested here in large quantities. Thus began the story of Baggiolo, at 1400 metres above sea level, with Leandro and Marilena who, in the 1980s, opened a small workshop to process the fruits of the undergrowth. Production of the first jams and juices began, following recipes handed down from generation to generation. Only the best raw materials have always been chosen, processed by skilful hands that know how to give the right spreadability to the jams, making them easy to spread on bread.

Baggiolo produce succhi, composte e salse a base di frutta a un'altitudine di 1400 metri. Vivere sopra i 1000 metri di altitudine significa un cambiamento di prospettiva. Il rispetto per la natura, la passione per la terra, la ricerca di una vita sana e di cibo naturale sono sentimenti che sono più forti, più tenaci in montagna. Ad Abetone, i boschi e le cime innevate raccontano di grandi campioni di sci, ma nelle brughiere ad alta quota, il protagonista indiscusso delle storie è il mirtillo selvatico, che è sempre stato raccolto qui in grandi quantità. Così ha avuto inizio la storia di Baggiolo, a 1400 metri sul livello del mare, con Leandro e Marilena che, negli anni '80, hanno aperto un piccolo laboratorio per lavorare i frutti del sottobosco. È iniziata la produzione delle prime marmellate e succhi, seguendo ricette tramandate di generazione in generazione. Solo le migliori materie prime sono sempre state scelte, lavorate da mani abili che sanno dare la giusta spalmabilità alle marmellate, rendendole facili da spalmare sul pane.

The Frateria San benedetto stands in the Sienese countryside linking Montepulciano to Chianciano Terme; it has ancient origins, it was used by the Romans as a ‘rest-home’ during long journeys. Today it has been completely restructured and has undergone innovations that have ensured a good development of the farm itself; in addition to having its own agriturismo, the farm is mainly involved in the organic cultivation of fruit trees, in particular the local wild plum, known as ‘la Coscia Di Monaca’ throughout Tuscany and beyond. Their fruit is also used to make traditional jams without the addition of sugar or additives, guaranteeing a healthy and tasty product to take straight to your table.Unlike the consortium, the certaldo onion has very ancient origins, it was in fact already mentioned by Boccaccio in the famous Decameron for its taste and extraordinary characteristics.

La cipolla di Certaldo, a differenza del consorzio, ha origini molto antiche, infatti era già menzionata da Boccaccio nel famoso Decameron per il suo sapore e le sue straordinarie caratteristiche.
Il consorzio dei produttori funge da garante e custode per la preservazione e la continuazione di questa eccellenza, fungendo anche da custode dei semi di cipolla (nelle due varietà Vernina e Statina) ed è registrato presso la regione come tale.

Podere Scovaventi was founded by Luca De Filippo and Carolina Rosi, who used to come here to retreat and regenerate in the breaks between theatre tours.
Having fallen in love with the countryside, expert gourmets, Carolina and Luca slowly began to restore the farmhouse, improve the soil and prepare preserves with the many products the garden offered them.
In 2015, they acquire olive groves in the vicinity of the company with other native varieties, thus taking production from family consumption to external distribution. In the same 2015, however, Luca passed away and Carolina decided to pursue this dream alone.
The company creates many varieties of products in its territory, pickles, jams, honeys and many others; the quality of these products comes from tradition and love for the land and its fruits.
