Il nome GR1 5652 è legato alla targa del trattore Pasqualino, che apparteneva al nostro bisnonno e che usiamo ancora per lavorare nella vigna.

IL PINGRO è un giovane business gestito da Chiara e Margherita: due cugine determinate a dare nuova vita ai vecchi vigneti di famiglia. A solo 1 km dal mare, nella provincia di Grosseto, le nostre viti crescono su terreni sabbiosi e minerali, scossi dalle raffiche del Mistral: ecco perché il nostro vino sa di mare. Prodotto da quattro mani lungo la costa della Maremma toscana, GR1 5652 è realizzato con uve autoctone Ansonica e Procanico. Il risultato finale riflette noi e la nostra terra. La nostra filosofia si basa su un'agricoltura sana e rispettosa: ogni fase del processo è eseguita a mano. Ciò che offriamo è un vino semplice, ma fatto con cura. Ispirato al gusto del vino contadino. IL PINGRO deriva da 'il Pingrosso', il nome del luogo in cui ci troviamo. In mezzo al campo c'è un grande pino marittimo che il nostro bisnonno piantò per trovare un po' di ombra nelle calde giornate estive. Questo pino, che crebbe solitario, divenne un 'grande pino' in larghezza, da cui il nome Pingrosso. Accorciato in Pingro, per semplicità. Oggi quel pino è diventato il nostro simbolo, impossibile non notarlo.

The history of Il Ghiacciale:
The Il Ghiacciale farm is located on the slopes of Mount Amiata, on the hills of the high Tuscan Maremma where its Cinta Senese pigs grow according to ancient and natural rhythms. Hystory of Pasta Fabbri:
Since 1893 in Strada in Chianti, from father to son, the Fabbri family has been making pasta in the same way, without any changes, in the same square in the center of the village. At Pasta Fabbri, they still respect traditional pasta-making techniques: drying is ‘very slow’ (from 72 to 144 hours depending on the format), temperatures are strictly below 38°C and the pasta is drawn ‘al bronzo’, i.e. with the help of original bronze dies from the 1950s.

A typical liqueur from the Abetone region, perfectly balanced, the berries blend perfectly with the liqueur and preserve the taste and smell excellently, excellent as a digestive to drink after meals or even to moisten desserts or fruit cakes. The berries inside can be consumed.
Il Baggiolo
Baggiolo produces juices, compotes and fruit-based sauces at an altitude of 1400 metres. Living above 1000m altitude means a change of perspective. Respect for nature, passion for the land, the quest for a healthy life and natural food are feelings that are stronger, more tenacious in the mountains. In Abetone, the woods and snow-capped peaks tell of great ski champions, but in the high-altitude heaths, the undisputed protagonist of the stories is the wild bilberry, which has always been harvested here in large quantities. Thus began the story of Baggiolo, at 1400 metres above sea level, with Leandro and Marilena who, in the 1980s, opened a small workshop to process the fruits of the undergrowth. Production of the first jams and juices began, following recipes handed down from generation to generation. Only the best raw materials have always been chosen, processed by skilful hands that know how to give the right spreadability to the jams, making them easy to spread on bread.

Vie Cave Fattoria Aldobrandesca, Tasting notes:
This wine has an intense, dark and dense ruby red colour. The nose offers fruity notes of blackberries, blueberries and sour cherries together with fragrant hints of cloves and vanilla. Its bouquet is complemented by light notes of tobacco. The palate is rich and captivating: velvety tannins support a long, lingering finish defined by hints of bitter chocolate and mint.
The freshly harvested grapes were brought to the cellar, destemmed, gently pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks. The first stage was pre-fermentation cold maceration performed by lowering the temperature to 5-10 °C (41-50 °F) for 3 to 4 days in order to extract aromatic compounds and anthocyanins from the skins. The must temperature was then gradually increased to allow alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 30 °C (86 °F). The maceration techniques were carried out gently for the controlled extraction of soft tannins over a period of about one week. The wine was transferred to French oak barrels to complete malolactic fermentation and begin ageing for approximately 10 months. Vie Cave 2021 was bottle-aged for a further period before being released for sale.

Podere Scovaventi was founded by Luca De Filippo and Carolina Rosi, who used to come here to retreat and regenerate in the breaks between theatre tours.
Having fallen in love with the countryside, expert gourmets, Carolina and Luca slowly began to restore the farmhouse, improve the soil and prepare preserves with the many products the garden offered them.
In 2015, they acquire olive groves in the vicinity of the company with other native varieties, thus taking production from family consumption to external distribution. In the same 2015, however, Luca passed away and Carolina decided to pursue this dream alone.
The company creates many varieties of products in its territory, pickles, jams, honeys and many others; the quality of these products comes from tradition and love for the land and its fruits.

Located in the centre of the Tuscan coast, in Follonica, the company established its headquarters in the mid-1960s and since then has focused its dairy production on typical cheeses from the Maremma area that are renowned throughout the world. The factory, located in the industrial area of Follonica, covers an area of approximately 4,000 square metres, which houses the production facilities and the preparation of the finished product before sale. Particular attention is paid to the maturing phase, which has made it necessary to create a suitable environment away from the production site, specifically in Castel del Piano, on Mount Amiata, where the cheese matures naturally in the mountains at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level, creating the perfect balance of flavours typical of these cheeses.

This unique wine combines the solar energy of Sangiovese with the refined finesse of Pinot Noir. The blend reveals an unexpected balance: the depth of Tuscany tempered by the delicacy of Burgundy. The wines are produced from 8 hectares of organically cultivated vineyards, where historic grape varieties coexist with rarer ones: Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Incrocio Manzoni. This diversity, combined with living soils and controlled yields, provides health and expressive raw materials. The approach is then based on rigorous vinification and careful selection of the containers for ageing: temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, barriques and tonneaux of different sizes and vintages, terracotta and cocciopesto amphorae are tools that are used with precision. This meticulous, contemporary and demanding method is part of a constant search for balance, structure and natural complexity, without standardising taste.

Made mainly from Sangiovese grapes, this rosé is produced by direct pressing and vinified
and aged entirely in amphorae to preserve the purest expression of the grapes. The colour is pale, with peach-coloured reflections. The nose reveals delicate aromas of redcurrant, white melon, orange peel and dried flowers. On the palate, the texture is soft, almost velvety, supported by a delicate freshness and a fine tannic structure. The amphora gives a crystalline texture and a slightly salty finish, without any heaviness. A rosé with character, dry and precise, designed more for the table than for an aperitif.
