Frantoio Pruneti

The Pruneti family has solid and ancient origins in Tuscany. The Pruneti brothers decided to specialise in the production of olive oil with particular attention to each stage of production: from the restoration of old olive groves to the choice of soils and cultivars for the new ones, from pruning techniques to the improvement of olive pressing and oil conservation. Nine types of extra virgin olive oil are currently produced, differing from each other in aroma and flavour, but all sharing a very high quality that is the result of the encounter between family culture and experience, new processing systems and the unique characteristics of the Chianti territory.
