Macelleria Fabbrini

1948 gründete Mario Fabbrini die „Macelleria Fabbrini” in San Giovanni Valdarno, einer kleinen Stadt in der Provinz Arezzo. Neben seiner Frau Rina traten im Laufe der Zeit auch seine Söhne Carlo und Andrea in das Unternehmen ein und leiten heute die familieneigene Metzgerei, die als eine der ältesten im Valdarno Aretino gilt. Auch heute noch kann man die Düfte und Aromen der Vergangenheit riechen, da das Schlachten und Verarbeiten des Fleisches genauso wie früher erfolgt.
