Smania Liquori ist ein Unternehmen, das sowohl hinsichtlich des Standorts der Produktionsabteilung als auch der Auswahl der Rohstoffe vollständig auf Elba ansässig ist und das einzige Unternehmen in der Region ist, das Liköre herstellt. Die Beeren für den Mirto und die Blätter für den Ciliegino werden in der üppigen Macchia der Insel Elba gepflückt, die Zitrusfrüchte für die Herstellung des Limoncino und Arancino stammen aus den Zitronengewächshäusern von Sant'Andrea. Um ihre Echtheit zu garantieren, werden alle Liköre von Elba durch Aufguss ohne Zusatz von Farbstoffen, Konservierungsmitteln oder anderen Aromastoffen hergestellt.
