Verkostungsnotizen:Elegant, mit Noten von Schwarzkirsche und Himbeere, die sich gut mit den reifen Früchten vermischen. Am Gaumen ist er weich, umhüllend, mit weichen Tanninen und gutem Körper. Die Säure ist präsent, wird aber durch die Tanninreichtum gut ausgeglichen. Langer Abgang mit einem süßen Nachgeschmack von Lakritz.
Eine sehr kleine und vielleicht wenig bekannte DOC, aber mit Weinen von großer Qualität. Am Stadtrand von Florenz wird seit jeher Wein auf der Tenuta Capezzana produziert.
