Vernaccia di San Gimignano
White wine from San gimignano, the Vernaccia grape is the most important DOCG of a Tuscan white wine.
A great white wine, from a single vineyard where the characteristics of the local grape par excellence, Vernaccia, emerge clearly and distinctly. Although pleasant when young, it often surprises for its ability to age, evolving notes, both olfactory and tasting, complex and mineral. It is not by chance that it is one of the very few white wines produced also in the reserved type. This Vernaccia di San Gimignano wine enhances many gastronomic combinations. Find its natural place in the Mediterranean cuisine in which extra virgin olive oil dominates. Excellent with pasta dishes with white sauces, rice salads, and pasta salads. Surprising is with the ribollita and all its variants that are found in Tuscany. Extraordinary with fish dishes prepared in any way: baked, fried, grilled or baked, as well as raw fish. Magnificent with various fries and eggs. Amazing with white meat prepared with sauces, and without. Excellent with vegetables of all seasons, and their preparations. Exquisite with fresh and medium-aged cheeses, which enhances the flavor.
Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Selva Bianca Colombaio di Santa Chiara, Tasting notes:
Straw yellow colour with reflections that turn to green. The nose is clean with aromas of white fruit, apple, lime, lily of the valley and lemon thyme. On the palate it is taut, vibrant and fresh, characterised by an incisive sapidity. Long and decisive on the finish.
Soft pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature in cement and stainless steel vats on the noble dregs until the beginning of March.

Senti Oh Fontuccia, Tasting notes:
At first glance, the intense, brilliant straw yellow colour is striking. Iodine and mineral are the basis of this wine, on which it has intense and clear scents of Apricot and Peach, pleasantly supported by floral notes of Chamomile.
Senti Oh Fontuccia
Made exclusively with ansonica grapes from the island of Giglio, grown in a few sunny hectares and overlooking the sea. The Senti Oh! it is a perfect synthesis between tradition and trend. The first wine of the company, it is the beginning of the journey during which Fontuccia has been listening to the places and people who have dedicated everything on the island life to their passion, to that viticulture that today we call “heroic”.
Fontuccia
Fontuccia dedicated everything to the island life and their passion is infinite, which viticulture today calls “heroic”. An archaic knowledge that they have chosen to protect, enhancing specificities and the beauty of their territory with this wine. They are one of the very few winegrowers on the island of Giglio. Heroic viticulture because their vineyards are small terraces on granite rocks overlooking the sea. The harvest is done by hand, as it was 80 years ago because even the use of tractors is impossible.
Villa Magra Grand Cru Frantoio Franci, Tasting notes:
Villa Magra Grand Cru oil is deep green. It exudes a fresh, herbaceous and powerful aroma with dominant notes of artichoke, thistle and unripe almond, enhanced by floral and black cherry nuances which create a bouquet of extreme complexity. The taste is powerful and the bitterness and pungency are in excellent harmony
Villa Magra Grand Cru Frantoio Franci
Serving suggestions: Excellent raw to contrast the sweetness of potatoes, beans, chickpeas and vegetable soups in general; on red meat or very tasty fish; with fresh cheeses such as raveggiolo or mozzarella which enhance the fresh-vegetal component of the oil, excellent on ricotta and spinach tortelli, rice or pasta with Parmesan flakes and grilled porcini mushrooms
Frantoio Franci
The production of Frantoio Franci extra virgin olive oil began almost 70 years ago on the hill of Montenero d’Orcia in Tuscany, on the slopes of Mount Amiata. All Frantoio Franci labels follow a well-defined quality standard in terms of organoleptic characteristics and chemical parameters, which guarantee the consumer continuity of quality from year to year: oils that do not meet the targets are downgraded. For this reason, every year their extra virgin olive oils are among the most awarded in the world.
Senti Oh Caperrosso Fontuccia IGT, Tasting notes:
Straw yellow in colour, the nose is strong and intense, notes of yellow fruit are supported by hints of minerals and iodine, nuances of honey and chamomile enhance the complexity. The palate is powerful and balanced. Intense, rich, with great structure. .
Senti Oh Caperrosso Fontuccia IGT
An island wine, each sip will make you relive the savoriness and presence of the island's sea and winds. Caperrosso Senti oh is the quintessential Ansonica and is represented by the fontuccia of Giglio Island.

Tuna Roe from Isola d'Elba
Tasty with a strong flavour, excellent as a condiment on spaghetti cooked al dente, Bottarga Tonnina is already grated and ready to eat.
Conserveria Tonnina
The conserveria tonnina takes its name from a specific processing of a part of the tuna fish typical of the island of Elba. The shop is located near the historic cove in Portoferraio, in front of the fishermen’s boats. Here, traditional recipes with the original flavour of the ancient Elban tradition are prepared and preserved, faithfully following the methods, customs and recipes of seafaring custom. One of the values that the Conserveria Tonnina boasts is the quality of the fish products, all caught in the sea adjacent to Elba and in Italy. The products are diverse and undergo specific processing, the most commonly used fish being tuna, anchovies, skipjack and mackerel. The products are rich in omega 3 and protein, and the processing and preservation contribute to maintaining the flavour without altering it.
